Being outdoors, and activities like hiking a new mountain or trail, or sailing or canoeing are things i do regularly.

I like to create music and arrange it (guitars, drums, flute, tambourine! And dont forget he COWBELL!)

Reaching the summit of Old Rag Mountain- it was amamazing on a clear day at 3,500 feet! Definitely! Everyone should view life from a mountain top!

Snorkeling - seeing so many things alive and colorful underwater. The first time i snorkeled i couldnt get enough! I could spend hours in the tropical bays
