ABOUT ME

I'm a music lover first and foremost. I've studied music (mostly opera) for the past couple years at university, but am openminded to all genres of music, no matter what they are. I love my family and friends, and I'm pretty new to travelling, having lived in Canada all of my life. I'm an honest person, I like to meet new people and experience new cultures and circumstances. I am openminded, fun-loving, and I can never turn down a good party or a good brew.

I've had a few couch surfers and I've used this service when I was in Germany a few years ago. I really lenjoyed my surfing experiences, and I want to spread the love.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies: Bridget Jone's Diary... I find she's my alter-ego, Gangs of New York, The Shawshank Redemption to name a few.
Music: What isn't to love about music? I'm not a fan of heavy, death metal... but what it comes down to is that a good tune is a good tune, regardless of what genre it falls under. I like The Kooks, Jamie Cullum, Fleetwood Mac, Opera, Peter Fox, The Eagles, Chilliwack, Chromeo, Martin Sexton just to name a few
Books: I love trashy romance novels, always a good read! I really love Summer Sisters by Judy Blume

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Guatemala (2007) was beautiful and amazing. It was just the lifestyle I want... raw and honest. Everyone was friendly, fun, and I had a great time enjoying nature. Waking up every morning and seeing volcanoes outside the window was pretty extraordinary
