ABOUT ME

My name is Zsolt Máté. I am a student from Hungary. I really like to travel all around the world. I was in so many countries in Europe. I am studiing history and IT at PTE, in Hungary. I am 24 years old. I like to get new friends and I already have a lot, mostly at home. I am open-minded for everything from the history and about that, what can make the people much more happier. I like the animals too, at home I have a dog and two cats.

PHILOSOPHY

If you know more about everything, than you can be better in everything. And if you know something good, what somebody else could use, then teach it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am really love this program, because this is the easiest way to get new friends, get a lot of information about cities and travel all around the world. I told this to my friends, I show the website and I suggest this to every people who I know and want to travel somewhere in the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined, because my friends suggested this for travelling and it worth it. I used it for my two American trips and I have really good friends. In my city I participated in meetings too and that was good.

Interests

I like everything from history, but my favourite is specially the 20th. centoury. I like to play videogames (action, strategy, sport, simulators) and watch series (Mad Men, Dexter, The Simpsons, Family Guy...), movies and read so many books. I like to be with my friends and talk about everything or make be with them in a party. I like to drive our cars at home. I like to swim, run, bike. I really like to taste new flavours.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Classic rock (The Beatles, The Kinks, The Doors...), Rock (Foo Fighters, Queen of the Stone Age, Placebo, Rise Against, Flogging Molly), Techno (Prodigy) and some new songs from the world of pop.
Movies: I really like that kind of movies, wich ones have a deep philosophy or thoughts. For example: The Dark Knight, 21, Bourne Trilogy. But sometimes I really like to watch simple action or drama movies. For example: Battle L.A., Ironman...
Books: I like history books the most, specially from the 20th centoury.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I stepped in to the university, everything changed around me: I get new friends, I started to learn what I really like, I have known a new part of the life, where I have to care about my career or I can be in more parties or listen the best teachers in their topic.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like to share my thougts, history of our region, my opinions about the world and I like to listen others opinion and thoughts too, because with this I can study or know a new way of the same topic. If somebody can show me something new I try to give it back with something special too.
