Ageing is a product of acting responsibly! Thoughts of circumstances hold to many people back.

Life is full of short periods of time where we grow up fast, the rest of the time is spent waiting. I'm try to reduce the gap between times of growth.

When your dead your done, so let the good times roll!

Most Sports and mostly playing them, chatting with interesting people, music festivals, hiking alone, sailing and drinking a coffee whilst reading the morning newspaper!

Music: anything that helps times of reverie, from Tibetan chants to Roma music on the Danube, it'll all do me. Also, can't beat a bit of Soul.

Books: the lost generation, these writers are all anybody needs to read. any thing with a tragic ending, but is generally up beat.

Movies: Disney or Pixar cartoons, i love happy endings. I do also like a good thriller
