I am 24 years old and currently living in Austria, Linz, studying a master degree called Sustainable Energy Systems. Travelling is a way that I heal myself and discover the cultures around the world. Especially, hitchhiking is my favourite way of travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is a fact that free accomodation is crucial for students to travel, however, CS has shown me that the bond that I create with people is more important and remarkable rather than the cities themselves. I love getting to know other people because I believe that everyone can learn something from anyone and it is so nice to discover yourself with other people. Every each person becomes one part of your part and at the end you are a mozaic masterpiece, which is fully unique.

Especially, I love Funk, Techno and Classical Musics. However, whatever has soul in it, it sounds nice to me. Also, discovering ethnic music is one of my passions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have hitchiked around 1200 km in one day in Türkiye and went to Northern Cyprus by 10 hours of ferry from the southest point of Türkiye, and continued to hitchhike there for 3 days.

Also, I had 21 straight days of travelling in the east of Türkiye by hitchhiking, which I saw Syrian, Iraqian, Iranian, Armeinan borders.
