I've been brought up in a little village in beautiful Hesse, Germany, and I'm really keen on exploring the world. I'm open-minded and I love it to meet people from different backgrounds, cultures, countries, continents.... just talk and enjoy.... realise how different we are but actually all the same ... since we all laugh the same way :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard of couchsurfing from my friend. Since then, I'm really excited of the idea because the idea of couchsurfing really means experiencing a foreign culture; to stay with a local makes it easier to get in contact and to be included in other ways of life. So I think it's a great opportunity for both; hosts and guests, both can exchange ideas and enrich each others lives.

As it has already become clear: I love meeting new people and of course the conversations with them :D ... to discover new perspectives or discuss various topics... health, books, films, religion, politics, sports... and I really enjoy dancing and nature :) especially our little garden where I grow salad and other vegetables

Music, Movies, and Books

It's very difficult for me to define my music taste, but I think I like almost every kind of music, apart from Hip Hop or Heavy Metal...
Movies..... Ok, I like lots of movies but I do more enjoy movies by which I feel inspired or moved... But I have a great passion for the Lord of Rings triology (director's cut ;D) and maybe my favorite movie is "fried green tomatoes", a story about to true friendship...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love storytelling, so we could just sit together with a teapot and talk or play games.
But I'm also always open for some action: so I'll help you with your cooking, showing you my favorite dishes or I would enjoy going for walk with you in your home town and you can show me your favorite park, restaurant or sight :) If you like sports or other leisure activities (I definitely do) , I would probably accompany you, so just ask :D
