I love to be outside with friends or by myself, whether it is an epic mountain bike ride or a simple stroll through the woods, I find my peace there. I am into gardening and cooking. I love meeting and talking with people, but also like the quietness of being alone, doing my own thing.

I am hoping to find places to couchsurf when I travel and I hope to provide an awesome spot for fellow travelers. I can be an unofficial guide around my home mountains and rivers surrounding Reno/Tahoe.

Been really into Haruki Murakami lately, and of course Tom Robbins. Edward Abbey is also one of my favorites.

The world of music is amazing these days, so much out there. If I have to pick a favorite it's probably surf rocksteady reggae (like Ernest Ranglin), but I love everything from low-fi psych rock to upbeat dance pop to jazz to bluegrass to metal just depending on the mood and the activity.

I can provide fishing, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing advice/trip tips/guides. We cook delicious and healthy meals often, happy to share. I have many friends around the Reno/Tahoe area that I can put you in touch with if my expertise does not fit into whatever you are into.

As a guest I can provide any help around the house, happy to cook meals, clean up after meals, whatever is needed. Other than that I guess it just comes down to sharing my good attitude and respect for all.
