ABOUT ME

My bestie would say that I'm the adventure she lacks in her life, although I don't think so, since I haven't had much adventure yet. I am driven, enthusiastic, and like to dive in head first. I love all kinds of music. I'm not shy about getting to know new people, but am very picky and fiercely protective of those people that I into my "personal bubble", the people I love. Hummmm, what else? Up until very recently, I've spent most of my life in fear of the things I don't know. So I have made it my personal mission to start living life the way I want to, let me say that again, THE WAY I WANT TO. I will explore, discover, experience, and enjoy all I possibly can.

PHILOSOPHY

Life should be a crazy joyride, with ups and downs, twists and turns. So sit down, strap yourself in and hold on!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Been on a few couches myself and am constantly surprised by the kindness of strangers and the amount they're willing to give. Thank you for opening my eyes a little wider world.

兴趣

Life's variety, is what really gets my motor runnin'. I've never been the type to want to sit still, not when there is sooooo much world out there to be a part of. I like feeling like I'm being of use to someone. I would love to do some mission work some day. I was hoping to be a part of a group of newbies to help when the Haiti disaster happened, but couldn't find funding. I would like to be a part of a flash mob, just to bring a touch of awesome to someone else's day. I have a life list, not a bucket list, because I don't want to wait until I'm to old before I get to experience so many wonderful things. I am currently also in the process of starting my new career in television, and LOVING it. This is truly something I enjoy, so the work doesn't really feel like work. Shame it took me so long before I followed my dreams.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have been amazed by watching the birth of nieces and nephews. I've been mesmerized by the sheer size and movement of the Ocean. I've felt the rhythm and joy in being of a part of a random unexpected street band with hand instruments. And I know it's a little silly, but I still get giddy over watching other people's imaginations and abilities put into action. Like the water and light show at Disneyland, or the incredible things people can do with their bodies or minds. It makes me feel like there is still a little magic in the world. I know it said ONE amazing thing, but they were all to good to decide which one to pick. ;-)
