ABOUT ME

Started couchsurfing in 2011 and have made some excellent friends and had some excellent adventures.

I think Couchsurfing is a good medium between travelling alone and having someone who knows what they're talking about keeping you anchored and safe.

I'm easy going, open minded and honest, Always happy to talk to anyone about anything and always happy to learn

I love meeting friendly new people and learning new cultures and snippets of foreign dialect.

2011
Big Couchsurfing canoe trip in Hungary - "Shut up and Paddle!"
Hosted Frantz for 1 night in my hostel as I had a spare side of the bed.
Hosted Annaconda in my Tent for 6 nights on the CS Canoeing Tour in Hungary

Surfed Joacim's Couch on the day the Canoeing tour finished
Twice Surfed Emilie's Couch in Nantes for 6 days total.

Interests

I play Acoustic guitar and love drumming aswell, I love good books, movies, conversation, I love hearing and learning languages and I find the diversity of people and cultures amazing. I'm abit of a tech junkie at times but sometimes its great to just turn everything off and enjoy the peace and the moment.

Wide array of types of movies, books and music likes. World cinema to brit gangsta flick, Books from sci-fi to travel guides, and music ranging from ambient chillout all the way through to heavy metal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Canoeing 110KM down the Danube in Hungary with 44 other people, 18 Nationalities in total, over 7 days. Being one of only two Brits there and having the best time of my life so far.
