I am Mustafa, 24 years old Turkish traveler. One of my biggest dreams is traveling all around the world. This globe is huge, however we, mere mortals, have limited time. Exploring new countries, cultures and meeting new people is the true meaning of our lives. We are not gonna regret the places we visit or the places we see, at the time when we breath our last. In my opinion traveling is the best way to have peace in my mind. So why I am not sharing this beautiful experience with other people from all over the world?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I strongly believe that the best way to engage with a new culture is being guest to locals. As a backpacker it is amazing to have a cup of tea and nice words with sincere people when you just arrive a company. The meaning of traveling is way different than being tourist for me, to get most of your trip you need to be with natives who experience the life in that country everyday.
Also I love being part of CouchSurfing network, it provides me a unique chance to meet such a nice friends. Staying together bonds you with that person which also feels safe you are away from home :)

I like listening Tame Impala and Daft Punk's songs, especially Let It Happen and Instant Crush. But my favorite song is R.E.M.'s Losing My Religion :)
The movies that effected me deeply were "Into the Wild" and "Jerry Maguire". The books that I enjoy reading are traveling books such as The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping at the place that really really close to the wild life. Overnighting a single day at that forest felt me like a century, since I heard a lot of noise at night from predators of the jungle which were executing their business :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am good at cooking and I like to make people meet my recipes, so we can prepare a meal with you! Also I am open to learn local dances or instruments. If there would be an outdoor facilities, I am glad to teach/learn about camping and hiking !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am quite interested in the history and geography. I am very pleased if I would have a chance to inform locals about my country and culture. So they could experience that culture a bit without making travel. Also I like gardening and flowers, I may help you with your plants!
