Getting settled in Buenos Aires
ABOUT ME
I love to travel (like everyone on couchsurfing I suppose), to learn languages and I am quite spontaneous. So I understand that plans sometimes change, but please: If you were supposed to stay with me and you can't make it, please let me know! I've been left stranded at meeting points once too often and also had to decline requests because I thought I was having someone staying with me. And that is just not fair to me or the others.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to do at least one thing I've never done before each day.. even if it's just choosing the strawberry lassi over the mango lassi at a restaurant that I sometimes go to, or stop at a shop in my street that I've been walking past for hundreds of times...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing makes arriving in a new city so easy.. you meet people that live there and I even used it to find flats or flatmates via this platform a couple of times.. some dear friends are just in my life because of couchsurfing, so thanks CS!
Interests
Music (play guitar and Ukulele), writing (used to write for a local newspaper, but to be honest, I can't even handle my own diary anymore), hanging out with friends, dancing, archery, cooking, reading, sleeping...

Music, Movies, and Books
I just love music, especially rock, but also some other stuff (reggae, funk, ska, just about to start liking some electronic stuff as well, and of course some quiet music, like the soundtrack of Amélie)... favourite band always has been and quite probably always will be the Beatles though...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2003, I was in Tanzania. We were a small group of 6 people and we've been to some villages no white people have been before, telling students of the secondary school about the dangers of AIDS... it was quite hard for a 16 year old to do so, but it was an experience I don't wanna miss in my life!
And something really different: I definetely enjoyed the skydive i did when I was 15, and the bungyjump I did ten years ago in Queenstown (New Zealand).
(Damn it, just changed "five years ago" to "ten years ago".. time flies by!)
Teach, Learn, Share
I always love to learn new languages.. so far I visited beginners courses of greek, hungarian, euskera, català and occitan.. that doesn't mean I speak any of them, but to dive into the language really opens up a path to the culture. If you know a language I don't speak, please teach me some words.. I can teach german, english, spanish and some french (and even less italian) in return :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I usually bring my Ukulele on trips, so if you want to, we can jam a little bit.. I'm not that good, but I just love to play along people.
If you let me, I'd love to cook for you :)
