I don’t read huge amounts, but I like short non‑fiction books and articles about psychology, travel and personal growth, and I’m always happy to exchange recommendations with hosts and guests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I’ve done was leaving my comfort zone to travel solo for the first time. I stayed with strangers who became friends, learned to trust myself more, and realized how kind people can be around the world
