Yoga-stretch, quieting my mind, tree and flower gazing and sniffing, exploration, bicycling, lollygagging, homesteading, reading, learning, unlearning, abstract musing, food (with support for the local, healthy kind), instilling cheer in people, speaking out against injustice, making room for progress and experiencing change often.
