--- Couchsurfing Guidelines ---

1. Opening greetings: be sure to use the name of the host you are writing to AND double check to see if you wrote it correctly (it's right there in your screen anyway)!

2. First read the profile to see if you actually connect with the person you are asking to stay with. There may be a secret password mentioned somewhere in the profile or them explaining to be nudist. Then write them accordingly and try to link with the things you liked in their profile.

3. Be sure to introduce yourselves AND any travelers who you might be coming with. It's nice that you're coming with your brother or girlfriend, but at least give me a name.

✈️ I work at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Expect me to work in weekends, odd hours, etc. Please be independent and capable of entertaining yourself. I do love chats, even after a day of work.

🏠 Living in Amsterdam, I receive plenty of requests every week. Even during the pandemic. I'm not asking much, just that you have some common deceny and make some effort in writing your request.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider myself a world citizen and a life adventurer. On a never ending mission to explore differently and give meaning to my life by living it on my terms.

I'm on Couchsurfing to connect with people from around the world, share our life and see what we can learn from each other. Whenever I travel, I usually plan it around cultural happenings like carnaval, dia de muertos and holi. I avoid hostels at all cost and don't associate with being a "backpacker".

Music, Movies, and Books

I love techno music and psytrance and its raves and festivals. I have seen many of them and will see many more. The same goes for movies and series. Like Westworld, Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead. I watch just about any movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best week of my life was at the 2016 edition of Boom festival in Portugal. It was actually my third time at Boom but what made it so amazing was how many new people I connected with. I guess my smile worked its magic in showing the love for life I have inside. It's amazing have so many new friends from all over the world. Tears of happiness, I had plenty of those that week.
