ABOUT ME

I'm Madeline, I work on a Certified Organic goat dairy in the wilds of New Mexico near Pie Town. The dairy has about 50 goats that are free-range and they roam the isolated land with their 5 Maremma livestock guardian dogs. I recently accepted an invitation to join a 9 month boat building apprenticeship (the Carpenter's Boat Shop) in Maine so starting in September I'll be making my way to Maine from New Mexico.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sunrise coming over Canyon de Chelly in Arizona, Sea Kayaking in Seward, Alaska, rowing in an inflatable boat in Glacier Lake with icebergs surrounding me in Alaska, saving an injured baby seal on a beach, shadowing a tattoo artist in Colorado, and traveling up and down Arizona for two weeks. Working with goats, the greatest animals in the animal kingdom.
