About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet as many people and have as many experiences as possible
ABOUT ME
I just finished up with a chemical engineering degree at Tulane. Now I am driving across the US with my sister, camping in the national parks along the way. I'll be traveling throughout southeast asia this summer and maybe staying there for a while longer. Otherwise I'll be returning to New Orleans to work (GREAT CITY AWESOME MUSIC!!)
I love bike riding and anything outdoors... I didnt really love college although i did have a good time, really pumped to have some travel time before working or doing whatever i end up doing after the summer.
PHILOSOPHY
There are reasons to do things and excuses not to do things, I'm trying to forget the excuses and just be a doer and have a lot of fun
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Unfortunately I've had some roommates that are a little sketched out by couchsurfing so I haven't been able to host people. It's gonna be a deal breaker next year when I figure out roommate situations because I think couchsurfers rock and wish I was meeting more! If you want to meet up or have questions about New orleans, get in touch.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My neighbors were big couchsurfing people and after meeting the mass of people they hosted from all over the country and the world, I decided to try and get involved a bit with it.
Interests
Bike riding, music, festivals, adventures, getting slightly lost and finding my way, the great outdoors. i also really love architecture and am happy wandering around staring at buildings.

Music, Movies, and Books
currently reading the Devil in the White City and enjoying it throughly, i listen to a healthy dose of the Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, the Band and a lot of New Orleans funk (westbank mike rocks if you are traveling in New Orleans and want to see some music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
sneaking into the Italian Ball and rocking out to that wedding song from the godfather was one of the more amazing things i have done. hiking in the adirondack's is always real nice too
Teach, Learn, Share
change a bike tire?? i guess i don't have too many practical skills, i've tried working on a car before and it didn't go over great, i like to think i am well rounded and know a little bit about a lot, but not quite an expert in any one thing...
