Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

My first CS experience was when I traveled to Argentina alone in 2013. It made a huge difference in my trip as it gave me the opportunity to meet other travelers. I truly learned about the kindness of strangers when I got invited to go to a New Year's eve rooftop party. I met people from all over the world that night, and made some great new friends. To give back to the community, I'd like to host other travelers in my city.

Intereses

Love to travel, meet new people and learn about their everyday lives, and spend as much time as possible outdoors. At times, I prefer to take the longer way to get somewhere when I am driving. My best friends make much fun of this, but sometimes it is nice to just relax and enjoy your drive on the back roads.

Chicago is truly an amazing city, beautiful in many ways. It gets a bad reputation due to ongoing violence/gang/gun issues which are a real problem. But that shouldn't cause you any hesitation to come to experience the city for yourself. I always hear from those that I host that they did not have enough time to see and do everything that they wished to. Often talking about future plans to come back and continue to experience all that the city offers. Give Chicago a chance and I am positive you will not regret it!

My commitment to you as a host is to offer you a safe home, and any advice or help that you need during your stay. Also, I would love to spend time with you and get to know you better! Rain, shine, heat, cold, snow... Chicago has it all! No matter what time of the year it happens to be, I am sure there is adventure waiting for you here.
