HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Bandcycle (Band Cycle on CS) traveled all over the US on a journey of a lifetime surfing at every house possible. We wanted to soak in the unique people and cultures of each city we visited...and we did. After surfing about 6 times, I can't explain how great our experiences were with the CS community. The people are warm, friendly,interesting and truly fascinated with people of all roots.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had my first self-initiated experience while in Paris- it was a terrific melting pot of a hang out. Americans, Hollanders, Norwegians and Parisians; met up for an art expo that fell through so we just grabbed some drinks, walked, talked and hung out at a park and cafe...great people.

Also, my friend Chris first got me interested as he's dived straight into the Couchsurfer way-all of the people that've stayed with him have been great/really fascinating people...made me want to dive in as well.
