About Me
Hey world!
I'm My (pronounced like "me") and I live in the beautiful city of Hamburg in northern Germany, where I'm currently studying civil engineering.
When I'm not occupied with university stuff I try to follow my passions which are bouldering/ climbing, dancing and playing the guitar. I guess I'm not the most talented in either of these things, but I still love doing them!
Whenever I have time (and also saved up some money) I travel the world, getting to know new places and learning from anything I can. I especially enjoy being in the nature as I love hiking. For me it's a wonderful balance to living in a big city such as Hamburg.
I'm a vegetarian (and yes sure that's the first thing I say when I meet people, even before I say hi).
All I want is to inspire and to get inspired. There is so much to see and to discover in this world. And of course also to share some fun and love.
I actually like to laugh a lot. Really a lot. Hope I can affect you, too!
My philosophy: Like in "Life of Brian" said: Always look on the bright side of life.
Think positive, smile and everything can only get better!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to get to know new people. Especially when being abroad I think it's a great opportunity to get in touch with any kind of people. So come on and let's share some good vibes.
My experiences with couchsurfing have started 2013. I have another account from that time (also with references), if you want to check it out:

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: In general anything that is either funny in a very weird way or some deep shit, that make think about anything
Music: Going to concerts and festivals is one of my favorite things to do. Music is something very powerful and magical. Just to name a few: Arcade Fire, Modest Mouse, Foals, Radiohead, Warpaint and many many more..
Books: There are too many to mention...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking to the highest point of Panama. Most beautiful view I've ever experienced.
Teach, Learn, Share
Getting to know new people is a process of teaching and learning on both sides. Every person is somehow unique and every conversation can be an experience beyond thought. That's what it's about. Any person has got the potential to inspire and send good energy.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share fun stories as well as funny dance moves and some German phrases if required ;)
