Myla- I'm a very open person, that just enjoys life. I like learning about new cultures and societies from around the world. I am obsessed with travelling and experiencing different ways of life.
Stephen- I am very adventurous and try to experience life to the fullest. I've been attending college for awhile now, and have now found something I'm passionate about, writing! I love to express my thoughts and emotions in many ways, but I have found that writing gives me focus and freedom.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are couchsurfing to experience the world we live in. To get to know people on a deeper level, bond with them and share our lives. We are traveling Europe and want to get the fullest experience we can.

Interests

Myla- Flying! I currently have my private pilot license and am working on my instrument rating. One day I wish to teach others how to fly. I love creating any and all things, taking something old and making it great again.

Stephen- I've always been interested in Writing and literature, but I am passionate about creative writing, creating a story in my mind, the characters, setting, plot, climax, every detail and make it come to life! I love art, all genres, and I am addicted to tattoos, not sure when I will stop.

We know it's cliche, but we love all kinds of music.

Myla- country music, pop, folk, and alternative

Stephen-I personally love Hardcore and Metal, Metal-core obviously. I enjoy Folk and Indie music, and occasionally Country music .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Myla- Since I was a child I wanted to fly planes, any plane. I went to college to become a pilot through the Airforce, but things didn't workout. I drifted from major to major while in college trying to find something new that I love. After a couple years I ultimately drifted back to piloting and now have my pilots license!

Stephen- I have many things that i am proud of and would never regret them. I served in the U.S. Army, seen the idiocy of war and the damage it causes to everyone involved, but through it all I have found out so much about who I am because of it. I've jumped out of airplanes, climbed mountains, and traveled to many places around the world.

Stephen
Teach- I know a little about a lot, Not exactly an expert in anything. I have been attending college for Writing for a while now, so there's that. I know some Italian and am willing to share what I know.
Learn- I want to learn as much as I can about this wonderful world we live in.
Share- My life. Hopefully my skill at cooking, I enjoy it and would love to cook for you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Besides our travels, I believe we have a lot to offer. We both have religious family backgrounds, Myla Catholic/ Stephen Undecided. Myla is a certified Pilot, and Stephen years of military experience, and a writer of sorts. We can share our views on life, our perspective. Growing up in the mid-west sure has given us a few insights that we believe others would like to know.
