About Me
French from Burgundy so yes I love and of course, if you are adventurous, you can surely try my cooking style! Definitely not a chef but love food & enjoy trying new recipes! I have been working for the network of Alliance Francaise teaching French and organizing cultural events for almost 10 years now !
Loving it!
I have lived 2 years & a half in Calgary and 8 months in Ottawa and have visited Vancouver very briefly back in 2009 so it still feels like it's going to be a discovery!
In March 2015, I got my Canadian permanent residency which I have celebrated for 2 years in Tonga!
I will be arriving in Vancouver on Monday 30th of October 2017 and would love to be hosted any dates that suit you starting from Halloween until I find my own place and become a host!
Apart from a welcoming CS's host, I'll be looking for:
---> a home sweet home
---> a job (environmental/social job is my goal!) and/or teaching job
---> a van
---> Spanish lessons/ SUP yoga lessons/live music event/ hiking spots
all that while discovering the vibrant city of Vancouver & meeting lovely people along the way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I love meeting new people!
We have hosted 7 awesome travelers in October 2015 in Tonga through my roommate's registration on CS and we both enjoyed it so much! Now I would love to try it myself in Vancouver! So I hope I can "make you travel" by sharing with you a taste of my Frenchie culture and be as much fun as the travelers we hosted were for us!
CS is such a nice way to meet people, discover a city & new things to do in general!
