About Me
Hello!
This is Mylene. I was born and raised in Paris, but I have both French and Portuguese nationalities, (my parents being Portuguese), and I also lived for 1 year in South Korea as an exchange student, so I consider myself more like a European/world citizen. I'm also a pescatarian [I can't refuse fish at a family dinner] otherwise I try to be vegetarian most of the time :).
I love lots of things: Italian food, backpacking, swimming, urban cycling, reading, drinking beer...lots of beers...
I'm the kind of person you can have a deep conversation or a non-meaningful one and I'm against all kinds of discriminations and I believe in respect, karma and the beauty of serendipity. I am fascinated by musicians, especially guitarists and pianists...I love books so I could spend hours in bookshops and libraries!
I really love animals. Besides animals, my friends are also very important to me and I love spending time with them.
I travel whenever it is possible to visit new places, and I have a very long list of places I want to go to! My goal is actually to visit 30 countries before I turn 30...though I prefer to visit as many cities as possible in a country and go back to the same beautiful places too...So I am not sure I will succeed. So far, my favorite places are Sorrento, Etretat, Kamakura, and New York, I wish to add more to that list. As you can see, I love cities but I still am simply happy when I am lost in nature.
