About Me

CURRENT MISSION

experience. share. enjoy.

ABOUT ME

My main passion is learning about other cultures. I am determined to live my life as a "citizen of the world". I didn't have the fortune to travel much until the summer of 2009 when my university's study abroad program brought me to Madrid. I absolutely fell in love with the culture and after two months reluctantly went back home to finish my degree and caught a flight back to Madrid the day after graduation. There is just too much in this world and not enough time to see it all... but I'm going to try my hardest to see as much as I can :)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to worry about things that are out of our control. Enjoy every moment in spite of yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for life, travel, culture, and friendship with everyone I meet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a big fan! I can't imagine experiencing a city in a better way than with a fellow CouchSurfer. You get to see the best sights, eat the best food, and spend time in the best company! I can't say I've had a single negative experience!

Interests

I love to be outdoors. Walking, hiking, picnics, swimming, sun-tanning... you name it. As long as I'm surrounded by nature, I am happy. Learning about other cultures is my one true love, and I hope to be able to live in as many places as I can during my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not much of a cinofile, but I am a big reader (Vonnegut is my favorite author hands down!). And music is welcome in my life whenever, wherever.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to decide what moments in my life have left me awestruck, because almost every day I find that something amazes me.

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, France, Germany, Portugal, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
