I think I'm pretty extroverted and would try just about anything that wouldn't cause a detriment to my life. Pursuing Economics and Finance in Malaysia and caught the travel bug at a pretty tender age. From then on I've never stopped looking at maps and researching on places and journeys to embark on despite the lack of resources. I try my best at saving and stinging to fill my piggy bank up every day because I believe there's no better time to start than now. So I guess another thing that you could take away from me is that I'm VERY frugal, all for the sake of being on the road, and not in the mall!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done the hostel route time and time again but I'm stepping into the couchsurfing scene to meet more locals than fellow travellers.

I love meeting people, travellers and locals alike, and I believe through CS I can do just that; and staying with a local just brings meeting-people to greater heights, to a whole new level.

Interests

There's just something about wandering around a foreign destination, lost in translation, shocked culturally... Some food action and a sweet conversation just makes the cake that much more impressive.

I'm a conversationalist so meaningful conversations are a given. I could also offer insight into the South East Asian culture (mainly Malaysia), and answer your burning questions on how English is my mother tongue even though I'm born and raised in SE Asia (somehow that's a FAQ)!

On top of all that, I could share as many experiences and stories of travelling, living, and what it took me to see the world as a broke student, as you wish to hear.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could attempt to make you a meal but no promises!! So if that fails, let's just discuss about food over bought food, shall we? But anytime you need a helping hand in the kitchen, I'm ALL in!

Moreover, I'm clean and neat so I promise to the best of my abilities to keep your home in the exact same condition or better during my stay. I know the taste of hosting travellers who wreck your abodes as soon as they move in, so I'll make sure not to be such a pain and disappointment.
