Overview
About Me
Originally from Montreal, Canada, I went to Brussels for what was supposed to be a one year student exchange in 2010. Years later, I still live in Brussels where I continue my artistic practice, now focused on ceramic sculpture, as well as other projects. I do administrative work in an art school as a day job, well it's technically an evening job ;). I love travelling and discovering other cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I feel like it is the best way to travel in order to get a real feeling of a city and meet interesting people. I spent 3 months travelling across Europe in 2007-2008 and I've been hosted and met so many great people! It was a life changing experience to witness so much kindness and open-mindedness from strangers.
I've hosted in Montreal, and have been welcomed by cs when I arrived in Brussels. I renewed the surfing experience in the US in 2013. I am currently planning to spend the summer in Japan, so I'm hoping to be able to meet locals through couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like music in general, but i'm quite obsessed with electronic music and love to go dancing!
I don't always find the time to read, but I love listening to podcasts and audio-books about topics such as philosophy, psychology, culture, gender etc. I also love science-fiction, with the likes of Ursula Le Guin, Joanna Russ, Nnedi Okorafor, Octavia Butler etc.
