I read mostly nonfiction (Sam Harris, Daniel Dennett, Richard Dawkins, Hitchens, Bertrand Russell)

Wu Tang Clan's 36 Chambers and Damien Rice's O are two of my favorite albums. This should provide some valuable insight into what I listen to. I appreciate ALL types of music.

Movies: The last movie I saw in theaters (not counting Interstellar) was Toy Story 3. After getting rid of cable and TV almost two years ago, I don't do a ton of movie watching anymore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scaled two mountains and hiked 24 miles with my best friends on my 24th birthday. We ran out of water midway through and had to confront a bear upon running out of daylight. We survived.

Teach, Learn, Share

My undergraduate degree is in exercise physiology. I've also been programming for athletes for a few years now and I'm always down to share fitness and nutrition advice to anybody who's willing to listen.

I am a home brewer, craft beer enthusiast and bartender as well. We can talk about different hop schedules and attenuation. Or I can shut up and we can just enjoy some brews.

Meditation, consciousness raising and self discovery are important to me. I'm fascinated by the subjective experience of "I" and discussing it with others.
