ABOUT ME

Hello!

I am an outgoing, playful and optimistic person who loves to connect deeply and always learning.
I have been living the Nomadic Backpacker Traveller life since May 2014.

My main aspiration in life at this moment is to cultivate compassion and love for all while investigating deeply into myself for the Ultimate Truth of all spiritual teaching.
I am currently actively studying and practicing yoga and meditation within the teaching of Advaita Vedanta (non-duality) and Buddhism. I am also exploring trauma healing, re-wiring the nervous system, and living an authentic and happy life.

I am a Certified Child and Youth Worker and have been working in community development for over 5 years. I am passionate about supporting people in developing healthy lifestyles and advocating for those who may not have the opportunity to speak up for themselves (animals, children, youth, queer-community and other at-risk communities). I am also very passionate about supporting a clean and sustainable environment for all living beings.

My practice of personal development includes healthy food, Yoga, meditation, Breathwork, constant reading of spiritual and personal developmental books, and an amazing community of loving people who inspire and motivate me!

I am hoping to bring my skills of community development, my interest in spiritual elevation, environmental justice, and Love to serve any way I can!

I can offer an abdominal massage (Chi Nei Tsang) as well as bodywork to heal trauma through the nervous system (Triple Vagal Method).
