I am a travelling soul. 100% laidback: I can spend a night at the Ritz or in a tent with my backpack as a pillow. I LOVE food (I can cook some, too), a good local drink, and making friends in every corner of this world of ours. Weekends are usually best for me.

I joined the CS community in April of 2013, but by then I had hosted (and been hosted by) local and international friends for several years already...

I am an educator during the week, and a student of the world at any other time. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This one is the latest: I hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back on the same day. More insane than amazing, I guess --but STILL!
