Hello there!
My name is Myrthe, I normally work in humanitarian aid projects for displaced people and my heart is in this job. I have studied Latin American Studies and generally that is actually where you can find me; Latin America.

I love meeting people from different backgrounds, it makes great way for conversation and I think couch surfing is a perfect meeting place. Currently I am not 'living' anywhere really, I just came back to Europe after working in Mexico for 1.5 year and before hopping onto a new job I want to do some exploring closer to home. And I think there's no other way to get to know a place better than through its people!

兴趣

I love different cultures, traveling, reading, hiking, sports, trying new food, dancing some salsa (though I'm not really good at it, sorry). Also I love learning languages, currently I am studying Arabic which I think will keep me busy another couple of years haha!

Aside from my formal job, I teach English and Spanish and provide thesis guidance. More informally I can help you design workout plans; I especially like HIIT workouts and functional training.
I would love to learn/practice Arabic, some hand crafts, new recipes, sports.... I'm open to anything really!
