About Me

ABOUT ME

I enjoy making people laugh.
I'm easy-going.

Live in Edinburgh, study at art school (photography). Enjoy live music (jazz mostly), art exhibitions, particular art photography.

PHILOSOPHY

Each to his own. Make the most of what you have, and even try learning to live without what you do have, since you may realise you don't actually need it.

Books/Authors:
Loving Sci Fi these days, especially the Culture series and Ken MacLeod, Haruki Murakami before 1Q84, Kerouac (will always love Dharma Bums), 'Midnight's Children'- Salman Rushdie, Milan Kundera, Vikram Seth, Burroughs, Dickens, Dostoyevsky, Dylan Thomas, Tove Jansson, Steinbeck, Cormac McCarthy... Some 20th century poetry and ooh, James Joyce, Raymond Carver.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling 1000km around Tasmania with a tent, waking up by the sea, meeting an old man who wore a suit every day with amazing stories and knowledge about herbs.
