CURRENT MISSION

I organize a lot of activities here in Shenzhen. Usually sports(Ultimate Frisbee, Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer) but also social gatherings like a weekly Friday Night Dinner Club.

ABOUT ME

I've been living in Shenzhen for about 10 years now. At first as a teacher, then for a short time tried to start my own business. Later, I worked for a pretty big toy company. Now I work for TheNanfang.com as well as private tutor for English.:)

PHILOSOPHY

I have many philosophies for many different things.

One of the main ones is treat your friends better than you treat yourself. Sort of like the Golden Rule. Do unto others etc., etc.

Intereses

I love sports, but I'm a little odd in that I have no interest in following them on tv, just playing them. Most sports on tv seem so boring. I love Ultimate Frisbee. Been doing it for about 4-5 years now. I am the main organizer of Ultimate Frisbee in Shenzhen and founder of the ShenZhen Ultimate Players Association. If you are in the area, let me know, maybe u can crash and join us for a game.

I also love to bake. It's just a hobby, but I also do it for extra spending money occasionally. My Cheesecake is pretty great in my opinion.

I love tv shows more than movies. Currently watching so many. Nikita, The Vampire Diaries, SGU, the Mentalist, Sons of Anarchy...ton more too. Love talking about tv shows. Just discovered Human Target. Lots of fun:)

Some of the weather in shenzhen can be kind of nuts. I've seen some very scary lightning storms. I've also been left awestruck at the mess my basset hound Mandy/Mantou has made for me.

One important thing all should learn is to be outgoing and don't worry if you meet a few a$$holes along the way. Be yourself and just start talking. Either you hit it off or you move on. Friendship made or another stranger
