Easy-going guy, sometimes a little bit shy at first steps but always simple, polite and nice.

I can either be quiet or fool, depending on the moment and the people around me. So it could be different depending on you and your needs. I am able to stay quiet several hours while reading or drawing, having a nice cooking session or meal, going to the cinema,... or being very excited while dancing, going in a Carnaval or making some new activities.

I left my job in October 2020 and that was a great decision to change my life and I am about to explore new things and a new and very different way. Since then, I am discovering myself, and change a little. Looking at the photos, you will see I have now longer hair than I did. It's my way of feeling free, natural and better ! And sometimes with some make-up to try...

I begin in 2018 to live as simple as possible with less material things. I think we have to change ourselves to change the world and I try to know myself better and better, living my life with love and interest. Now the COVID is here I think this is more true. We have to pay attention to each others and to the planet (even while traveling, when possible).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On CS to share opportunities with people, learning from them and try to explore the world, step by step. Could be at my own home, in my city or by them, wherever they are.

I think it is better to share through this website than being alone in a city, being more a tourist than someone who need to share with others and discover new (very interesting) people. Now, I need to meet new persons to define better my future and learn about them to know who I am and what I need deeply.

Anyway, this is NEVER a reason of budget. I can afford an hostel or find some own accomodation but I like CS for the sharings it provides and the meetings I can not have travelling alone like a tourist.

Unfortunately I am using less Csurfing since we have to pay for this. This is not a question of budget but of life philosophy around sharings that may be free and not turned into a business opportunity. Interests

Before COVID, travelling was one of my favorite leisure and was going around the world to discover something different from my own life and culture. At each time I could, I was happy to go somewhere, far away or not.

But now I am pleased to stay around and travel in France. I try to make it local, economic, ecological. Really found of autonomous hiking.

Since 2015, my interests have been changing. Now I left my job, I have to find new ways of living my own life !

Music, Movies, and Books

I am able to enjoy many kinds of music, depending on the moment. Really love to DANCE (disco, electro, funk). My only sport is contemporary dance, as a beginner.

Quite large choice of beloved films. I prefer little art production (arthouse cinema) than big hollywoodian superproductions.
I appreciate more and more to read comics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I have done is my trip in India - 2017. Fabulous and unforgettable !

At the end Costa Rica was fabulous too : anything more is needed than seeing a sloth with her baby, going no more than 2 meters far from me, from a tree to another one. So long but so nice ! And what about the tapir....

But I have to confess that meeting whales and puffins in Iceland was a great experience, such as bathing in natural swimming pools during hiking !

Most recent strong feeling :
- Mascletas (fireworks) in the city of Valencia (Spain) for the Fallas festivities ! Incredible sound !
- walking 270km in 12 days on hiking paths in the south of France, with my backpack and tent, in full autonomy.
- elected as Mister Camping 2021 ! Incredible and funny experience (thanks friends for having pushed me so much....)

Teach, Learn, Share

Estoy feliz por que ahora puedo cada vez más hablar el español. Es una buena oportunidad para intercambiar con más personas.

But I do not consider myself as a teacher in any topic. Of course, if you want to learn french, will be a pleasure to give you quick lessons. And you will be warmly received at home !

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a CSurfer : would like to share a part of my hosts's life, their cities, going out for a drink, a meal or a party. I really need to meet new people (even different from me) to learn about them and define my own way. I did it several times and had for each one great time with my host. I really enjoy it.

As a host : welcome you as best as possible in a way in which you will feel at home, have good time together and try to join you for a tour or an activity near Valence.

In any case, would be great to talk about travels, mindsets and our lives. We an cook, we can go out, we can walk, we can draw. Everything is possible !
