Interests

I'm spending a lot of time learning yiddish and a little less trying to learn hebrew (and some other languages). All these linguistics stuffs (and modern literature) is my biggest passion. And I'm dreaming of doing some day (like really some day, because hmm well, 'i like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and watch it for hours'. Yup.) some - of course brillant - literary translations from yiddish/french/hebrew into polish.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading this kind of really loooooong/depressive/boring novels, where nothing really happens. And i really like sort of 'strange' books, like nouveau roman. Or other kinds of literary experiments.
But i'm also an eager reader of modern authors, like Zadie Smith. I probably know 'Three men in a boat' by Jerome K. Jerome by heart after reading it huh maybe about hundred times? And i'm totally in love with czech books (yes, i'm mostly reading and buying books instead of eating and all this less important stuff).
I'm watching also a lot of Czech films,because well - if you don't like life and can't find a cure for it, these films are your last chance.
