My name is Nick!

I am an American from New York looking to explore and see as much of the world as I can.

I'm now driving around the US for the first time, trying to see as much as I can along the way!

I usually would stayin hostels during my travels but I wanted to get a chance to meet some local people in a way that I haven't before. Also the US doesn't have much of a hostel culture but there are a few.

I'm here to meet people while I travel and perhaps have a couch to stay for a few days.
But it's mostly just to meet the people living in the places that I'm visiting.

I have just started using this profile after a few year totally off of it, so unfortunately I have no references or anything yet. I'll be looking to change that soon.

As a child I once gave the Heimlich Manueuver to my fellow classmate and saved him!

I must have seen it on TV or something.

I am in interested in photography, music, film, writing, and travelling course.

I'm always looking to make music, or a video, anything creative.

Also I used to be a gymnastics coach so if you want to learn a handstand or other moves I'd be glad to show you!

I also am a native English speaker so if you want/need any help with learning a few words or practicing I'm always happy to do so.

I'm always interested in learning new languages, though I'm not fluent in any but English. I've learned a bit of Spanish and French, and I'm now starting with German. Even if it's just a few words I'm always interested in learning more.

Perhaps you can show me a bit of your language as well.

I play guitar and some piano and I'm always looking to jam with other musicians.

I am a photographer too, and I always have my camera during my travels.
So if you want to have some portraits shot I'd be happy to help you out.

If I were to be able to crash on your couch I'd be a very courteous guest, and help out with groceries and that kind of thing, as well as have respect for your home.

If you are private and would like best to keep to yourself I understand that as well.

Or I could pick up a meal on me if we get something to eat while I'm in town.

I can cook breakfast, that's about it honestly. But I'm always interested in learning how to cook more.
