I always found about me's kind of weird. I enjoy spending time with people, and I'm sure there can be common interests found between us. I spend my time in Chicago trying to be as fully present with those around me and the various environments.

PHILOSOPHY

This is a bit hard. I feel that as I continue to grow and develop so does my personal philosophy on life. It is along the lines of doing everything in love, self introspection, & trying to live presently.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted and surfed. Now that university is in session, I'll mostly be hosting. If I cannot find time to be the best host and show my guest(s) around, my roommate, housemates, and friends will be more than happy to show my guests around Chicago.

Music, Movies, and Books

A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Wu-Tang, Frank Zappa, and so on... I really enjoy most music, and the music on my playlist ranges beyond old school hip hop and Zappa.

One of my favorite books is The Forged Coupon by Leo Tolstoy. I also like the author Murakami.

As far as movies go, I don't watch them as much I would like; but I really enjoy movies by Miyazaki.

Teach, Learn, Share

Surprises are nice. I think I'd like to be surprised with what I may learn from my guest/host. As far as sharing, I'd like to surprise you with that too!
