Interests
I pretty much love everything…. I'm a very simple girl. Traveling by myself has made me realize how little I truly need in life in order to be happy.
If my phone is fully charged with my music library ready to be listened and I'm in a new city, give me a full afternoon and I'll go get lost in the streets while listening to music. I've done it in Venice and Alicante and those were the best days of my life. Just so serene and peaceful, even more when you listen to the XX's The Intro once you get on top of the Castle with a killer view of Alicante, Spain.
Give me a good book for the long train rides and I shall be forever grateful.
Give me a few addresses for cute cafés and bars and I will be in heaven!
If by any chance I end up somewhere with a local music festival or any type of festival, I'll for sure show up! -

Music, Movies, and Books
It goes from classical music to german rap...
Have a soft spot for Kodaline, Parov Stelar, Cro, Sleeping at Last, Imagine Dragons ...
Movies would be a tough one, I recently discovered a classic : La vita è bella but I'm a die hard Harry Potter fan
Whenever I'm feeling low, my go to movie is Emperor's New Groove
Another one I particularly enjoyed and became one of my favorites: Les Intouchables
Books too is a tough one. At the moment, I'm drawn to books that depict the story of North Korea's defectors and anything that covers the Soviet era. But also love summer books such as Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan and Where are you Bernadette from Maria Semple.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1) Quit my job and got myself a Work and Travel visa for Germany. Ended up living 1 month in Germany's capital to only decide to pack my bags and travel until I don't have any money left. 16 countries later... best decision I've ever made.
2) Bunjee Jumping in Spain, twice…. with people we've just met in the middle of frigging villages. UNREAL
Teach, Learn, Share
Here's the link for the website I work for https://travelanddesign.ca
Being fluent in about 4 languages and learning two more, I've always loved having conversations in someone's native tongue If I'm able to. Plus traveling by myself has widened my horizons and desire to fully immerse myself in the culture. I may be a student but I do feel I'll forever be one whenever I'm traveling since the world has so much to offer and I have much to learn.
