About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live.

ABOUT ME

Hey there!

I hate describing myself because its a bit weird no? I'll give it a go though so bear with me.

I am a TV junkie. I watch so many shows its ridic how I still manage to have a life.

I love music. I'm quite indiscriminate- I like both mainstream and indie. I'm a sucker for live music and concerts. I sing out loud and start headbob-ing when I hear a good song playing, yes, even in public.

I'll end this off by saying that I like meeting people and collecting stories. I tend to speak really fast when I get excited but that's because I'm really passionate. This happens more than I'd like to admit and topics that get me really chatty include TV, music, films, feminism, social inequality and human rights (Oh, did i not mention that I majored in Sociology in Uni?).

PHILOSOPHY

Adapt and learn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm still new at this. Hopefully when I get a hang of it, I'll be able to participate more.

When I travel, I like to head to non-touristy areas and do what the locals do. (Made friends with strangers and karaoked in Palermo. Had coffee with the person who hitched us a ride from St Emilion to Bordeaux at a flea market there). So when people come over to Singapore and want to do non-touristy stuff, look me up. I'll be happy to show you around if I'm available.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Brought my friend's surfer around Singapore and that's when I realised that hey, this could be cool.
