About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To know myself through knowing other people

ABOUT ME

I'm a person who's looking for a "something", also trying to discover what's that something, a "something" that gives sense to everything in this life.
Usually I'm a distracted person, but that's because I'm concentrated thinking about things that are happening somewhere else.

I love to contribute in social projects, I think that the most satisfying things that a person can do is helping other people, and I think there are a lot of ways of doing it, including the things that you love to do.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm looking for a life experience that could give me a kind of essence and peace. I believe in destiny and I really feel that we know a very little part of the total knowledge possible. So I think that there can exist things that we don't even imagine. I like to know the philosophy of other people, so I could define more my philosophy, something that I think nobody could never completely define.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet people from all over the world, to know their culture and if it's possible, keep in touch with them.

COUCH-SURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been traveling and being hosted by a guy "Felipe" in Brasilia, Brazil, another guy "Marcelo" in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, then by "Eric" in Niteroi, and then by where I went with 2 mexican friends. In another time I was hosted by a guy "Kian" in Copenhagen, Denmark, with my twin sister.

Interests

I'm an architecture student, I love the arts, I'm a peaceful person, I love the nature and the animals. I really love traveling and learning languages, and most of that, I love learning about other cultures and making different types of good friends.

I also like to paint although sometimes I get stuck in the face of the blank paper.
I like to learn about music composition and how to play piano and guitar, although I don't consider myself a musician.
I like to cook, to write cronicles and thoughts, to read interesting books, to take care of my plants, when I have time I like to make my own clothes, and recently I've been immersing myself in the world of urban agriculture by growing my own vegetables.

I like everything that can give me a little more peace.

I recently discovered my love to the urban design, so I like to observe public spaces and learn how people can have a good time in a place without having any purpose to do. I would like to spend my future time saving those public spaces and improving more of them in cities, because I believe that public spaces are capable of fixing so may social and environmental problems. Also I love to collaborate in social projects and volunteer programs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To travel alone.
To explore a forest in the night, then finding a lake and swim in it without any light.
Living and sharing everything with my twin sister without going mad. (i think)
Sing to a person without being a singer.
Playing piano in a train station just for fun and then getting tips from strangers.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn new things and new languages, and if you want I can teach you a lot of things of my culture, beside the things that I described previously.

I like to teach my foreign friends the pronunciation of the Mexican tong-twister: Parangaricutirimícuaro.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my ability to cook Mexican food and have a lot of fun :)
