I love seeing people completely immersed in what they're doing. When they're dissolved in the process and forget about how they look from the side. I also admire when someone can explain something over and over again without losing patience. More than that, when their answer to a question is not what somebody wants to hear, but what they really need to hear. That is beautiful and that is art.
