CURRENT MISSION
Travelling in Asia till July 2024. After 4 months in Nepal, living with Rainbow family in nature and spending 2 months in a Buddhist monestry I moved to India to connect more with spirituality. I love o meet people in a compassionate way - exchange, share, support.

GERMAN
Die Frage nach dem, wer ich bin, fällt mir gar nicht so einfach, da ich daran glaube, dass wir uns stetig weiterentwickeln und neu erfinden. Aber es gibt auf alle Fälle ein paar Grundpfeiler und Werte, die mich und mein Handeln bestimmen und mich lebendig werden lassen. Ich bin neu-gierig und interessiert an Leben und versuche dem Fluss des Lebens zu vertrauen und zu folgen. Ich bin sensibel, fühle viel. In mir und anderen. Ich mag es Geschichten zu lauschen, Menschen, Räume zu besuchen, die mich inspirieren und zum Kreativsein anregen. Ich interessiere mich am Leben, Arbeiten, Heilen in Gemeinschaft, liebe Teilen, gutes Essen und Kochen. Ich bin richtig gern in der Natur und mit mir allein. Gerade bin ich zurück nach einem Jahr in den UK mit einem intensiven Rainbow Sommer, der einige meiner Sichtweisen verschoben hat. Nochmal mehr hinterfrage ich gesellschaftliche Konzepte und suche nach dem guten Leben für mich, für andere. Da ist viel Energie meinen Weg zu finden und das fühlt sich gut an. Auf der Suche, was das gutes Leben ausmacht, möchte ich alternative Lebens- und Wohnkonzepte besuchen und sehen, fühlen, was das mit mir macht.

Und ja, noch zu den üblichen Antworten: ich bin Designerin (man sagt so schön Problemlöserin) und arbeite als Köchin und Lebensmittelretterin in einem kleinen Projekt, das ich zusammen mit anderen Foodies in Dessau leite und Gemeinschaft durch Essen kreiere. Ich gestalte, illustriere gern und liebe es Komplexität Ordnung zu geben und einfach konsumierbar aufzubereiten. Falls ihr also gern in der Richtung Interesse habt, bin ich happy auch in ein tieferes Gespräch über Design zu tauchen. Und ja, Kochen Kochen Kochen! Ich liebe es zu kochen und essen zu teilen :)

The question of who I am is not so easy for me, because I believe that we are constantly evolving and reinventing ourselves. But there are definitely a few pillars and values that define me and my actions and make me come alive. I am curious and interested in life and try to trust and follow the flow of life. I am sensitive, feel a lot. In myself and others. I like listening to stories, visiting people, spaces that inspire me and encourage me to be creative. I am interested in living, working, healing in community, love sharing, good food and cooking. I really enjoy being in nature and being alone with myself. I'm just back after a year in the UK with an intense Rainbow Summer that shifted some of my perspectives. Once more I am questioning social concepts and looking for the good life for me, for others. There is a lot of energy to find my way and that feels good. In the search for what constitutes the good life, I want to visit alternative living and housing concepts and see, feel, what that does to me.

And yes, still to the usual answers: I am a designer (problem solver) and work as a cook and food safer in a small food-cooking-project I run with other foodies in Dessau, creating community through food. I like to design, illustrate and love to give order to complexity and make it easy to consume. So if you are interested in that direction, I am happy to dive into a deeper conversation about design as well. And yay, cooking cooking cooking! I love to cook and share food :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

GERMAN:
Ich habe über das Portal Warm-showers ( ein Couchsurfing-Portal für Biker - https://de.warmshowers.org/user/202324 ) als Host bzw. als Gast schon tolle Menschen und Orte kennengelernt. Ich erinnere mich mit einem warmen Gefühl an die inspirierenden Gespräche und zum Teil dolle intensiven Verbindungen. Das bereichert mich und ich liebe es Hilfe anzubieten und Gastgeberin zu sein, auch wenn ich das Hilfe empfangen noch nicht so leicht fällt (aber ja, eine tolle Erfahrung hier es mehr und mehr zu lernen).

I have already met great people and places through the Warm-showers portal (a couchsurfing portal for bikers - https://de.warmshowers.org/user/202324 ) as a host or as a guest. I remember the inspiring conversations and sometimes very intense connections with a warm feeling. This enriches me and I love offering help and being a host, even if receiving help is not yet so easy for me (but yes, a great experience here to learn it more and more).

Teach, Learn, Share

GERMAN
Teilen (or the principle of service) sehe ich als ein essenziellen Teil des Lebens an und ist auch ein grosser innerer Drive in mir, der mich lebendig macht. Wie oben schon beschrieben, bin ich gerade dolle an Gemeinschaft interessiert und welchen Einfluss dies auf unser Lebendigkeit, Wohlbefinden hat. Zusammenkommen, austauschen, wertschätzen, halten, Spiegel sein und gespiegelt werden, gemeinsam wachsen - fuer mich liegt da viel Potential, auch wenn ich noch viel lerne, wie ich ehrliche gesunde und vor allem nachhaltige Verbindungen eingehe.

ENGLISH
Sharing (or the principle of service) I see as an essential part of life and is also a great inner drive within me that makes me feel alive. As described above, I am very interested in community and the impact it has on our vitality and well-being. Coming together, exchanging, valuing, holding, being a mirrow and being mirrored, growing together - for me there is a lot of potential, even if I am still learning a lot about how to make honest, healthy and above all sustainable connections.
