Simon and I are a German couple that moved to Switzerland about 2,5 years ago. We absolutely LOVE it here. We moved here to work in climate change and to be close to the alps.

We are two kind-hearted, open-minded and fun-loving individuals! Simon is 34 and i am 31. In our free time we love being active, specifically in nature (e.g. camping in the mountains :) ).We have travelled loads in our lifetime so far and are really curious about people and cultures. That is why we are happy to welcome travellers in our cozy home - to basically bring the inspiration of travelling to us whenever we are at home and not abroad :)

Our dog Piwi is really calm and gentle and sometimes a bit shy. He loves getting some good cuddles.

During the week we are working, but would be keen to spend time with you if possible. On the weekends, we are always active and could also do something together. Hiking, exploring the city, eating good food, playing some games.. or just talking about life!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Meeting new people gives us energy! We love learning about new cultures, experiences and perspectives.

So far I (Nadine) have surfed for about 3 weeks in the US this summer and it was the best thing i could have done! All the people I met were really special and they made the trip such a beautiful experience. I hosted a few people in Durban and Hamburg as well and would love to continue here in Switzerland.

Simon really loves books about spirituality and self development. So quite a lot of non-fiction. Me, Nadine, however am a fiction lover. Mainly fantasy and historical fiction.
