Overview
About Me
I am from Germany. I studied mathematics and now I work as a Business Analyst in the field of Logistics Development which was not the plan (as I did not have any) but is quite incredible.
I am pretty happy and conscious of it.
I am friendly and as open-minded as possible ;-)
I am sensitive and I like deep thinking and discussing.
I love my boyfriend.
I like driving the car and singing.
I am not sure which political / economical system is the best one. -> But I make progress! ;-)
I like to sneeze, but I hate others doing it.
I am not a vegetarian, but I really like vegetarian dishes. A steak does not turn me on.
I want to try as much as possible in my life.
I have a brown spot in my greenbluegrey eyes... many people are surprised when they see it.
I like visiting museums and learning the history of a place I visit.
I like challenges and success.
I really like playing games... and I really hate to lose. I am turning into a little child when I lose too often, being angry about my takers or about the fortune.
I like hiking. In general it seemes like I reached the status of maturity where you begin to appreciate nature more consciously.
I would like to learn playing the piano later. EDIT: Started in June '16 and I love it!
I hate it when people think too much about what others might think about them.
I hope I will always preserve a childish side in me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because meeting people, especially from other countries, makes you a better person!
Actually I did an internship in Charleston, SC and the CS community was the perfect opportunity to meet some cool people to spend an awesome summer with. I heard of CS before but that time I really recognized how much better it can make your life.
Interests
I think being interested (in general) is one of the best attributes a person can have. It is the basis for a really good conversation.
- singing
- dining
- vegetarian
- socializing
- piano
- hiking
- history
- mathematics
Music, Movies, and Books
I just got to know about a band called "Annabelle's Curse" - love it!
Besides that I am really open for lots of music styles from Soul, Jazz, Rock and Pop to Reggae.
And I really like singing to a song!
I loved to read Harry Potter! At the moment I read a danish thriller series.
Movies... there are so many but I never can remember...
Hector and the Search for Happiness
The Butler
Tarantino: Django, Inglorious Bastards
Death on the Nile
Seven Pounds
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking the Grand Canyon... the most exhausting day of my life but really amazing.
I did the first trip on my own leading me to Philadelphia, New York and Boston. I am so glad I had this experience! I traveled alone but (thanks to CS) I wasn't alone!
