I was born with the idea of travelling and hosting guests. As the daughter of an Austrian and a Ticinesi, it quickly became clear how my life would develop.

At the age of 14 I started travelling. And since then I have loved it. Whether by plane, VW bus, bicycle or Vespa.

My favourite destination for the last few years is Cape Town.
Why...
Cape Town enjoys the reputation as one of the most beautiful cities in the world for good reason. From breathtaking mountains and incredible beaches to beautiful forests, exciting hiking trails, amazing wine growing areas and restaurants, bars, clubs and much more, this cosmopolitan city is blessed with a natural and varied beauty as well as interesting Talents and cultures. When you put it all together, Cape Town is the perfect place to experience more than just a great adventure.

And I want to continue this more than just a great adventure in Cape Town one day as a hostel owner.

I love to welcome guests from all over the world and show them the beautiful sides of life. so because of my Passion i look for a home in Cape Town from January to March 2021 to promote and realize a social hostel project.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I am not travelling the world, I would like to greet the world in the tranquil little town of Aarau.
Its natural landscape shaped by the Beautiful River called Aare and the Jura, its picturesque old town centre, and its central location between Zurich, Basel and Lucerne, Aarau is regarded as one of Switzerland's most attractive cities.

The people of Aarau enjoy a high standard of living. Visitors come from far and wide to this capital of Canton Aargau to enjoy and admire its rich cultural and natural offerings and its many surprising sights. One of Aarau's special features is its many so-called "Dachhimmel" - these are the carefully painted undersides of the eaves of the houses in the old town centre.

Modern Aarau also displays an appreciation of culture. The Aargau Art Galley has one of the most beautiful and extensive public collections of Swiss art dating from the 18th century to the present. Events at the many museums, cinemas, theatres and festivals enrich the city's lively cultural scene. Local traditions such as the "Maienzug" and the "Bachfischet" are lovingly preserved and celebrated by young and old alike. Aarau's events calendar has something for everyone with its varied, high quality, original offerings.

And did you know that Aarau boasts Switzerland's most beautiful racecourse, that Aarau was the seat of the first Helvetic government, and that you can even explore the city's fascinating underground system of passageways, spaces and shafts?
