About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel and see the world!
Don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way. :)

ABOUT ME

I want to enjoy life, visit as many places as possible, travel around and enjoy nature.

I love nature, animals, vegan food, cooking, baking, travelling, long distance running/natural running and other sports, being active and outdoors, being creative, DIY-stuff...

I'm a calm person and a non-smoker. Staying at someone's house means giving and taking for me, respecting each other and having a good time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I stayed in many homestays in different countries already, but never did couchsurfing before. I'm looking forward to meet great people in beautiful places.

Interests

Sports, nature, animals, travelling, reading, music,
I love animals, nature and I care for the environment. I always try to live in a responsible manner and keep my impact as small as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the kind of adventure books written by people who travelled the world in a different way, by running with a little carriage, biking oder rawing across the oceans, by walking with a little herd of camels and a dog, by crossing a continent running in sandals.

I like Game of Thrones, Vikings, Big Bang Theory, Spartacus.

My favourite band is HIM from Finland, but I like all kinds of different music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in a sea turtle conservation project in Kenya in 2012, I had a great time and I was in close contact to these marine giants every day.

At my university I did as many field courses abroad as possible. I was in Tenerife, Elba (Italy) and Finland, in the Swiss alps and in France. It was the best way to visit the countries and see beautiful places while learning about the environment, climate and ecology.

I spent one year in Australia, living in a car.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, German and Biology.
I have knowledge in health, food, animal behaviour and long distance running/barefoot running/sandal running, which I'd like to share. I love to cook vegan recipes and make my own cosmetics.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love pets and taking care of them. I do this for many years as a pet and house/home sitter.
I can cook (vegan ;) and show you how to make cosmetics out of natural ingredients.
If you wanna get fit... run with me! :)
