At the moment I am travelling so I hope to share my experience and stories when surfing. Hopefully at another time I will be able to provide a couch as well.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I did a triathlon across 3-countries where I cycled across Switzerland, swam 500km the Danube and ran across Austria. An incredible experience !!!

For many years it has been about the adventures I did; cycling across Spain, the Three Border Triathlon etc, of how to set it up and how others can do it. In the recent years my attention went on to connecting to myself and others, the woman that I am, my own emotional patterns and have dived a bit deeper doing a coaching program in NY with Onetaste. I am happy to share anything I know and have to give back what has been given to me.

For many years it has been about the various adventures I did, sharing how I did it and be of help to anyone who wants to know. In the last couple of years I have dived my head into the world of connection, to myself and with others and happily share my journey.
