HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Generally speaking I can't host right now(or maybe just sometimes, you can ask if you need a stay, and if I am available at this time,I will host you), but I'll with pleasure show you around, go for a drink or to the club/cinema/theatre, whatever is interesting to you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All the couchsurfers whom I met in St.Petersburg were wonderful! They were all different, but each of them brought their own stories, and with all of them we became friends. Showing people around helps to look at the city from the different angle, feel yourself a foreigner and enjoy the sights.
I had some experience in staying with couchsurfers during my trip to France and Italy and I could say that it was great, we are still friends with those people and actually staying with locals can't be compared to anything, it gives such a deep understanding of a country, culture and people's lives that won't be received by staying at the hotels.

I can listen to the different music, except for hard rock probably. It depends on my mood, the genre can vary from Classical to Club music.
Movies...It's difficult to make a list, in general, I like interesting movies with sense and I don't watch horror movies.
I like classical Russian literature: Dostoyevsky, Chekhov, Bulgakov. From foreign literature: Erich Maria Remarque,Hemingway,Francis Scott Fitzgerald,George Orwell, James Joyce.

For me standing on the edge of Cliffs of Moher looking down to from the 700 feet height down to the Atlantic Ocean was simply breathtaking! So stunning views can't be totally depicted by photos, it's all about feelings!

3)Don't be afraid of changes. In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take.
