About Me

Hey there!

My name is Nadya! I'm a passionate, pro-active, cheerful dreamer with a unique sense of living and humour from a special city called Chisinau. I've travelled a lot and this has determined me that I want to explore as much as I can this planet rotating around the sun!

There's a great number of ways you can discover a country's culture, and I believe that people are the ones making it so enjoyable. I love adventures, challenges, breathtaking moments and spending time in a different manner than I usually do (and of course food!). I love studying languages, I'm really into history and art, I play several instruments among which piano and guitar.

I have always had an exciting life full of memorable events (you can check my facebook profile on that, it's crazy!) and this made me understand just how valuable emotions, memories and friends are. It's the people who make the place, not the places make people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have had experience in offering tours through my city; by doing that, I have discovered just how much I love Chisinau. l'll do my very best to make sure you will remember this experience!

I also own a car and in the free weekends I have, you will always find me driving away in some historical or just beautiful place from my country.

Music, Movies, and Books

I write my own music and I'm currently working on editing my book. I've dreamt of becoming a producer, but that's yet to come!
Among my favourite book are "Flowers for Algernon" by Daniel Keyes, "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" by Ken Kesey", "A Monster Calls" by Patrick Ness. I totally recommend those books in between travelling or just reading them in a train while hearing the rain pouring outside!

Countries I’ve Visited

Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, Netherlands, Romania, Russian Federation, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United States
