Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was introduced to Couchsurfing in Orlando, where I had friends who happened to be involved in the community. At the time, I was doing pro bono work on two cases. Staying with friends occasionally made succeeding on both cases possible. When I realized several of the individuals I met during that time were Couchsurfers, I decided to join.

As of August 2017, I have been on the road for work-related reasons for seven years, most recently working as an Immigration Attorney while moonlighting with Cirque du Soleil on two touring shows. I may not be able to host at the time, although I am happy to meet people and help others get to know the city.

Interests

Community organizing, art, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, camping, cooking and learning new recipes, travel (anywhere), and salsa dancing.
