ABOUT ME

I'm an ultra-runner come acro-yogi that is surfing between Oakland, New Orleans, Chicago and Austin. I'm a barefoot runner and love outdoor adventures. I can train you to fly in acroyoga. As an engineer acroyoga fascinates me because it is all based on simple physics of stacking and poetry. Heidi (Miami) taught me best roasted garlic you ever tasted east of Berkeley - and Best Greek salad South African style.

PHILOSOPHY
