Music, Movies, and Books

I have an eclectic taste in music, but I particularly enjoy Indie Rock and Electronic Dance Music (EDM). Arctic Monkeys and Tame Impala are among my favorite Indie Rock artists, while Martin Garrix and Calvin Harris are some of my favorite EDM artists. However, I'm always open to discovering new music and expanding my horizons!

My favorite movies are:
Old boy, Another round, Black swan, Shutter island, Omar, Nocturnal animals, Wild tales and The platform.

Instead of reading books, I tend to enjoy listening to podcasts. My preferred ones are typically in Farsi, and some examples include Mastio Rasti, Ravi, Ravaq, Navcast, Darma, and Channel B.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've done was going skydiving over the stunning landscape of California. It was an incredible experience that really pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me the importance of taking risks and living life to the fullest. I'm always on the lookout for new adventures and can't wait to share more of them with my fellow couch surfers💃

Teach, Learn, Share

As a former cooking teacher, I would love to share my skills with you by teaching you how to prepare delicious dishes from different cultures, especially Persian cuisine. I am also skilled in various arts and crafts, and would be happy to teach you some techniques. Recently, I have taken up rock climbing and I would be thrilled to learn more about it. Spending time with my hosts is important to me, but I am also comfortable with giving them space if they are busy. Additionally, I am always eager to learn new languages and can even teach you some Farsi!
